One Way cat road from Harbourview into Lakeview on the "South Side" at Chatter Creek. Watching the empty cat head off to the next pickup, cat skiing photographer Phil Fortier commented, "Our driver for the 4 days was Pete - this was his first time driving this "down only" road. Dale had opened it only a few days earlier.
